Jay Kae Posted November 22, 2015 Share Posted November 22, 2015 Only mods can do that but you should have the ability to click on the answer button on the left hand side, this is done so if there are queries that mods have not gotten to yet but the customer has found the answer themselves, they can mark it as such, but the answered TAG is done by mods only Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
