ACTIVE FTX Central - System.OverflowException

I just clean install of P3dv3 .. (i  un-installed 2.5 and 3rd party add-ons as well).

 

Installed OrbxFTXGlobalBASE140.

istalled with no issue.. however..

 

when i ran the ftc central software and tried to update orbx libraries 150815 selected the p3d V3 options the download take forever to start and when i dose start the speed is about 22b/s after a minute of to the error pops up and ftc central crashes....

i tired to install the Libraries manually but the installer of the library files does not support of give a P3Dv3 option...
