ACTIVE Trees/Buildings On Runways, Trees In Water In River, Also On Coast

Hello...I'm a real life pilot but new to FSX and ORBX and I'm having trouble getting all of the terrain add-ons to work properly.  Trees and buildings keep showing up on runways and taxiways at airports and also underwater in the middle of rivers and also on coast lines.  I've turned off the frozen water setting and made sure the max texture size in the config file is set to 4096 but I'm still getting these anomalies.  Is there a solution for this?  The only thing I can find on the web is a program called "Lumberjack" that's supposed to remove trees from around airfields.

Since I didn't get any help here the last resort was to delete EVERYTHING and start over.  If you have this problem try this:

 

Delete/Re-install FSX:SE

Re-Install FTX Global Base and then Vector and any other Orbx Global terrain data

 

Then re-install regional (in my case North America) terrain data

 

I did a separate step by step re-install on another machine to try and find what caused the problem but coudn't find it so for right now the complete re-install seems to be the only option.
