wulfbindewald
The PAPI lights are only visible in a short distance but not in greater distance in FSX. I´m aware that the offset PAPI light design in Juneau was/is a big challenge for the dev. Inspired from the hotfix for P3DV2, see here http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/103360-pajn-no-papi-lights-in-p3d-25/ , I ask if this PAPI light principle can be adopted for the FSX version too even under the premise to loose the PAPI offset lights position (PAPI boxes remain unchanged). Please see some pics for comparison. Wulf
Edward Boyte
Hello, You can disable the PAPI lights for FSX. Rename "PAJN_VASIS_FS9.BGL" to "PAJN_VASIS_FS9.BGL.OFF" in FSX\ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_AA_PAJN\Scenery
wulfbindewald
Thanks, Eddy. I expect that for this PAPI light option now 3 files are to be managed in FSX\ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_AA_PAJN\Scenery: PAJN_ADEP2_TRB.bgl hotfix, to be included PAJN_ADEX_TRB.bgl to be de-activated to bgl.off <- to be confirmed! PAJN_VASIS_FS9.BGL to be deactivated to bgl.off Wulf
Edward Boyte
Yes, deactivate "PAJN_ADEX_TRB.bgl ". Looks like the P3D afcad version seems to work fine in FSX so keep that file turned on.
