ACTIVE FTX Global - validation error - download incomplete - be sure that I'm connected...

I tried validating using the "online method" and the "manual validation". The first resulted in the "validation failed;download incomplete." But the second indicated 'invalid file'.

 

None of these validated. All I did was reinstall Windows (went from Windows 8 to Windows 7)

 

I downloaded via the Chrome browser and Firefox.

 

I have tried using different download managers.

I'm not sure what else to do. This very frustrating. My other products like one airport (Lake Tahoe) and the Trees HD validates successfully.

 

But the FTX Global, Northern CA, Pacific NW, do not install.

 

Can someone please help me? This is frustrating..............  Flight Sim Store has not been fruitful....
