    feedback : very slow download rate

    Just purchased another TE scenery pack, this time Souther Spain. Initially the download speed was o.k. But downloading and installing part has been running for

    48 hours and still not finished. I am afraid, if I quit the process and delete everything, it would still be slow for some reason. Neither my M1 macbook, the OWC Hub or the provider speed seem to be the bottleneck. I can download huge projects in Ortho4XP without a problem. I have a 200 Mbit/s line with Deutsche Telekom.

    Here's the coverage area.  Note this drawn border cuts off the very bottom of the country but it is included!   But not Gibraltar, which remains default, though I believe the mesh carries over into Gibraltar.

    Hello I am also contemplating getting TE Southern Spain. When you say you believe the mesh is carried over, although the ortho tiles are not included, I wonder how it will literally stack up with the Gibraltar scenery from skyline simulations? They provided their own mesh with it, and I wonder if there would be any conflict between the two meshes. This might be of concern to a number of users. Have you checked their scenery in terms of the compatibility with your newer TE Souther Spain scenery? They have also provided an alternative mesh patch for Ortho4XP, but somehow the autogen is suppressed for the Gibraltar bordering tiles.
