Thanks John, all fixed, delighted with the scenery , look forward to the other two UK sceneries and airfields when released.

All has worked well for me in so far as installation is concerned, however have been unable to switch from default to transparent road textures within Control Panel as John suggests. The indicator dot appears, however on closing the FTX box and starting xplane the default roads continue to appear.  The only change I have made from the original download is to rearrange True Earth GB scenery files within the scenery ini as outlined elsewhere in the forum.
