[Correct order of Orbx TE GB entries in scenery_packs.ini]

When I first loaded Orbx GB South everything was fine, Airport buildings everywhere, very pleased.

 

Today however no airports buildings, I've read all the posts I can find regarding the ini order and tried to follow the correct pattern, here is my file.

can anyone see any problem here, I've also read about exclusion zones but the airports did work so what has changed.

 

I am using X-Plane 11 30 beta 4
