[Airport updates and orphaned links]

Recently after a couple of the airports had been updated I noticed that the MSFS "Content Manager" was showing them as not installed.

The ones in question where Dublin and Wycombe Air Park.

I have my Orbx addons installed using the Library feature rather than directly in the Community folder.

 

After a bit of pocking around I realised that the folder naming for these two airport had been changed and Orbx Central had placed new dynamic links for them in the Community folder but had also left the old now orphaned ones behind.

Deleting the orphaned links fixed the problem but it might be an idea to fix Orbx Central so that it removes any such links itself if possible.

[Bembridge EGHJ Floating Houses]

I just wanted to chime in that I also have the floating buildings problem at Bembridge. I also get it in a couple of other places on the IoW but the worst area is Bembridge.

Also while on the subject of Bembridge the airport itself doesn't line up properly with the photo textures in True Earth Great Britain South, its as if the whole airport is a  few feet to the west of the textures.

I had uninstalled the Asobo LOWI through the Content Manager and it was reinstalled by update 3 but it hasn't reinstalled itself silently at any other time.

So its worth checking after an update happens but it shouldn't be a problem at any other time IMO.
