[Central RealEarth Netherlands installation problem]

I have downloaded and installed Netherlands True Earth HD in P3DV4. Every time I start FTX Central it shows v3.2.5.7. Netherlands True Earth HD shows as installed and up-to-date. I am then notified to apply FTX Central Update. If I apply the update to v3.3.0.2, Netherlands True Earth HD shows as as installed and up-to-date and is also extracting Netherlands True Earth HD all over again  which takes many hours. I have downloaded and installed  aftxc3.log new copy of FTX Central from ORBX Direct.com but is still v3.2.5.7. The only solution, at present, is to not install the update. Any ideas?
