We might want to warn people that this removes some apps that users may want to keep - like Facebook, Twitter, mail, calendar, skype, etc.  Re-installing it via the Window Store is pretty easy though.

[How to post the FTX Central Error log file]

The following procedure is an easy way to post the FTX Central log file. 

 

You don't need to find the file.  This proceedure will do it all for you.  it works with all supported operating systems.

 

 

Step 1:  In the forum, create a new topic and Click on "Choose files":

 

 

 

Step 2:  A window will open - proceed to Step 3 (that was easy!):

 

 

 

Step 3:  Enter the text %localAppData%\Orbx\ftxc3.log into the File name box:

 

 

 

Step 4:  Press "Open":

 

 

 

Your file is now attached:
