  1. As there is no "support for Xp12 forum" yet ill pop this here.

Both the Storey bridge and Gateway bridges are missing there very distinctive lighting.

A pic of mine where you can clearly see how well lit the storey bridge is.

    IMG_3956-X3.jpg

The bridge is just forward of the FO's right pillar.

Likewise the Gateway bridges are missing their distinctive blue neon lighting being just unlit other than a couple of random spotlights.

Love to see these distinctive places lit correctly as they do standout on approach and departure at night.

Nice work Orbx an excellent verion of Brisbane.

    How about Sydney to??

  2. Fantastic ive had stutters around EFHK for months great to see the issue has been found.

After testing the CVX5410 file is causing issues. I did not have vector installed so left it turned on. Still got some significant stutters but on turning it OFF stutters completely gone along with the coastline data(lol) so reinstalling vector to get the coastline back.

  3. Gday,

Again great job on a great airport!

Small one there is a mismatch somewhere between GSX and SODE with the jetways.

GSX is not detecting the SODE jetways so when trying to disembark the GSX menu is showing "No Jetways Here".

Jetways can be connected using the SODE menu.

This means to disembark passengers the stairs are needed and the stairs get placed through the aerobridge/jetway.

My understanding of this issue is a SODE/GSX/AFCAD jetway location issue.

Anyway this can be fixed please as it kills using GSX to boarding etc on multiple aircraft.

  4. Gday first off great work on the Sydney release.

Excellent performance here so very impressed.

    Two small ones.

Im getting a strange bright blue night textures kicking in on building sides to the east of Botany docks which is right to the east of YSSY.

here are two pics they come on with night lighting and seem to be an effects file.

I have verified files using the Orbx manager.

Secondly it appears the docks in the addon are popping in somehow in teh wrong location.

This is also visible in Rob Ainscoughs video as well they are covered with water textures and appears to be an Orbx issue but i am not 100% but i do not remember seeing this before with just the FT install alone. It may be a hangover from a conflict with FT's rendition but i am not certain but something has gone wrong.

I have not tried a reinstall but as mentioned have done a verify twice now and the blue texture/effect remans when night lighting turns on.

Should the Orbx Sydney be above or below the FT YSSY install in scenery priority?

Again great work on a super scenery addition a big thanks!

Don't forget that there are possible LM military customers waiting for this project as well.

Given the widespread use of P3D as the core for full motion sims im a but surprised that more scenery developers have not hopped or tried to get into that market.

Pretty much all the airports in our A320 and 787 sims are not of the same fidelity of what i have in my home sim compared to work.

It “appears” a relatively untapped market.

Other than DCS and Milviz both doing military contracts im not aware of any scenery devs involved in the real simulator market ie doing custom scenery for airlines and sim designers.

Im sure there are just dont know of them.

Agree though im sure stuff like Asia LC would be used if available given the huge amount of flying both mil and civvie in that region.

  6. This one is sorely missed.

We have been waiting on this for a very long time and its sorely missed in P3D.

Having given up and uninstalled msfs ive even got several hundred gig of high speed ssd space spare.

    Orbx

LC Asia will be a big seller in P3D and with many returning like me after the shambles that msfs has turned into ill be glad to buy it and most anything else for P3D and xp.

But open LC Asia is a must.

  7. G'day,

First up lovely work on the scenery!

Anyway we can get the impact of the trees on the south side of the airport in close vicinity of the airport as an option reduced in number. Whenever my view encompasses them i am getting a significant FPS drop. All other view angles are fine and even moving the camera so you can only see half of them boosts FPS back to normal levels.

So just wondering if an option for tree numbers reduction would be possible in the future.

Im running an I7-7700 and 2080TI so pretty reasonable system.

    Thanks and again great work.

    Darren
