Rainy day here and went through the updated manual, ideal since I got me a brand new GTX 780 last wednesday. The most fps critical airport for me was CYVR by FSDT in combination with the PMDG T7. I could only get between 14-18 fps with dense scenery and clouds before on my GTX 560Ti. Now followed this guide and went for rebuilding a new FSX.cfg from scratch and guess what.... I'm over 25fps now with high detail. This is definitely a worthy excercise to do.... just extended the life of my FSX further into the future. Keep up the good work ! Regards, STefaan - EBOS
