To the team,

I have had this issue before, and it was resolved as per the instructions given at the time, but now after a new installation of MSFS onto a brand new computer , I have installed REX AccuSeason onto a new drive, through creating a new library in settings, but it now wants a serial key number which I do not have as I got it through the Orbx site when I purchased the REX Accuseason at the time.

If any one could help me to resolve this would be very much appreciated.

to whom may be able to help.

I have just bought Rex AccuSeason from the Orbx site, but cannot down load and install due to an error message "Library path does not exist", I have tried to download it manually but cannot do that either because the MS FlightSim is installed on a separate drive, and the error message continually keeps coming up, question is how do I download this manually so I can get it up and running. do I have to go to the REX site or is there some other way of doing this, it says that it wont download and install directly into MS Flightsim, so that leaves me up the creek, so to speak...
