Same problem for me.
I've uninstalled it from Orbx for now and use the SODE download version.

Here's a couple with the mesh disabled.
The airport gets covered in water but the TE ortho looks fine.

Exactly the same issue I'm having.
Have tried moving things around in the ini but no luck.

I have the same issue with EGLC XP12 if used with TE from XP11.
If I disable the mesh file TE shows up fine , but the apron will be under water and there's a large bump at the RWY27 end.
When I use the mesh then the airport is fine but all of the TE ortho's disappear around the airport and every where east.
Tried the solution you posted Nick but it gave the same results with the disappearing Ortho.
Its very strange, when I use the XP11 version of EGLC there is no problem in XP12. Something in the EGLC XP12 mesh file is blocking the TE ortho.
Hopefully a solution can be found...EGLC for XP12 is a beautiful piece of work.

Problem persists........even when I uninstall from Orbx and install the stand alone version , the next time I open up Orbx central it wants to update.
