[Correct order of Orbx TE GB entries in scenery_packs.ini]

Does the o2 (Millenium dome) come from Orbx or Laminar? I see a few other landmarks but not this (other than autogen)

Well, colour me pink, i moved the orbxlibs below the scenery and it now all works.

 

As usual, user error!
