  1. I would like to be able to set camera positions using the keyboard Numpad strokes alone. For example 4 is captains seat 6 is FO seat 8 is overhead 1 is front left wing view and so on. Like i said pressing one key and not having to press CTRL as well.

  2. Try the following, i had the same issue and found this worked for me after reading on another site.

Firstly i assume you have the MS store version and not Steam?

    Sign out of MS Store

    Sign out of X-Box

Restart PC (Do NOT skip this step)

    Sign into MS Store

    Sign into X-Box

Restart MSFS and you should be good to go.

Please report back if it worked for you.

  3. I get a graphics card error too. Says something about not to overclock of which mine isn't. At the point of where the error window appears the sim is no longer useable. I have noticed that this error happens when i exit Developer Mode. I have yet to have it happen otherwise. Running a 3090 card and the latest Nvidia driver.

Totally agree......super looking cloud set.   What did you name your preset?  Available from the REX Accuseason, right?

Nothing to do with Rex. I just used the default MFS weather and adjusted the clouds to my liking When SU7 was released it kind of ruined them with the way they altered things like the density and changed the aerosol to something else.

Not sure if i am breaking forum rules by posing a link to it. PM me is probably the best way.

  5. I created a custom cloud set in MFS by adjusting the sliders until i got the effect i liked.

I have uploaded this cloud set to a website for you all to download but i am just sure if linking that will break forum rules. Any Moderator to advise me on that please.

I live in UK so don't know area well, it looks beautiful, hope pictures are ok for you.

I havent noticed any stutters so far which others have reported.

You may wish to do some comparsion shots with Bing Maps.

Looks good. i have a few comparison shots but not uploaded them on this forum yet. I take my shots on exactly the same spot by doing the following.

I firstly load a flight using the Google Map Mod. Start flying to a spot where i want to take the screen shot. I then pause the flight and take a shot. Then i STOP the Google mod. I then go in to the MFS data menu and disable online functionality and apply and save, i then turn it back on and apply and save again then resume the flight which will be on exactly the same spot as you paused it earlier, take another shot then you have the two comparison shots in the same spot. A bit long winded i know but that's how i do it.

  7. I tried the Google map mod with success for a few days then the next time i tried to load the sim it would not load beyond about 75% of screen after choosing a flight.

Quite a few others with the same issue and to resolve it the Hosts file in System32 had to be edited and every time the Google map mod was loaded it created the same issue.

Also i think with the release of Sim Update 7 Google maps cannot be used.
