Good Day. I am having a terrible problem with downloading FTXGlobal Base. It is stuck on 13% and has attempted to reconnect no less than 98 times using GetRight Pro. I think I could get this faster through an illegal download. As I have paid my $100.00 Plus Canadian to you folks I would now ask you to figure out why all your FTPs are not working past 13%. I figure this is posted at the wrong place but finding my way here was a problem in itself.
