[AI Traffic Control Panel]

I've just downloaded the AI Traffic Australia and New Zealand for P3D5. Page 5 of the manual says: "The AI Traffic Control Panel (CP) can be accessed from the main Orbx Central interface by clicking the Configure button."

 

I've searched Orbx Central but I cannot find this Configure button. Can you help me find this.
