[EGGP by Digital Design (add-on via Orbx) - pushback cart disappears]

As it was purchased and installed via Orbx Central, I wasn't sure if I should be asking for assistance via this forum. Will give them a try...

Hi,

 

After purchasing Digital Design's EGGP via Orbx Central a few months ago, I noticed the pushback vehicle disappeared from all airports (the pushback function itself still works). I had also purchased another DLC from Aerosoft at the same time (Dublin). After uninstalling both DLC, and reinstalling each one individually, I've realised that the EGGP DLC was causing the issue as uninstalling it brings the vehicle back. Does anyone have a fix for EGGP?

These can be enabled or disabled as far as appearing in the addon, by going to Orbx Central/My products/EGFF/Configure as shown in the pic below.

The behaviour of the ai planes I believe are controlled by the default XP11 ai programme you are using and not by the addon.

 

 

Hi - that's fine re the static planes as they're not causing any issues. That said, I have replied on another stream in this form where parked aircraft are overlapping with other aircraft. You suggested turning off static aircraft there which I did, but they still appear in parking. It's more the AI planes at either side of the runway, and this only happens with this purchased airport (I do have other Orbx airports). It seems like there isn't a way to resolve this; both issues?

Yes, I'm using default AI. That said, I see a prop plane in my previous image. I'm not an expert in this, but is that just static aircraft? The planes lining up are the default AI.

Thanks for coming back to me, Jon. I downloaded your files as instructed but the same issue occurs unfortunately. I also noticed there was an apt.cache file in the directory, so I also deleted that in case it was affecting the issue but without success. I also tried re-enabling static aircraft, but this didn't work either. It only happens on the outer parking positions, as you can see in my screenshot. Any other suggestions?

I also have the same problem at EGFF. I've set the Cardiff Airport control panel settings to no static aircraft as instructed above, but still see the issue. I don't have any add-ons.

I've recently purchased Cardiff (I own all three TrueEarth GB DLCs) and have an issue where planes line up and wait from both ends of runway 12/30; and just sit there unless I manually move one of the planes out of the way via the map. I don't have any additional add-ons installed. Any solution to this?
