    Hi, thanks for the response! I haven't made a ticket as the support page also doesn't work for me. The responses I was referencing were of my friends, facing the same issue and getting minimal support.

  2. Hi, I have an issue regarding your website (orbxdirect.com). A lot of my friends have the same problem (tested). Several (if not more) tickets have been sent to you regarding this issue. Nothing has been fixed these few days and the promotion is ending today (and I was going to buy some airports, but I can't..) After trying to purchase a products (Orbx ENTO, Orbx LYNI, AmSim UGSB for MSFS) as a gift the website freezes and upon trying to reload it, comes up with error 504. VPN, deleting cookies, incognito mode or using another device or network don't help. I've talked to some of my friends in other countries and they also have this issue so it's an issue on your end. On top of this I'm unable to check out using Orbx Central (logging-in works). I am writing this here so that more people know about the problem, maybe you (Users) can help… I am really embarrassed by your attitude.
