i delete rolling cache and follow the step 1and 2 but still nothing change, i post a topic in forum, can someone help me ?

i need i need do these three step 

yes i did, and step2,3 i didnt find in folder (*i never turn rolling cache ON)

and btw i try online mode and offline both
