  1. Having eventually migrated from FS9 to FSX I am slowly learning different issues. Not a complete novice but willing to learn.

So I recently purchased the packages available for NZ but have found to my dismay that certain smaller airfields are not set up for AI aircraft. I notice that some have no runways but have parking spots that are not connected.

Is there a simple way to activate these airfields or it is what it is?

If it is not possible is there a definitive list showing the airfields that are not set up for AI.

I'm writing a new up to date set if plans but am keen to set up plans for only those active AI airfields. I have tried simple mods but end up with frustrating elevation, terrain type issues.

    Thanks

  2. Hi guys

Not sure if you can help?

    I am running FSX.

On a few of the smaller airfields I have noticed that there are start points but no runways, ie NZWT Whitianga.

Using Ade as I have always done I placed an actual runway and a couple of taxiways and parking spots to get my AI

    aircraft working.

Cutting a long story short when I then go to FSX I have either huge sunken trenches or elevated trenches.

What can I do, if anything to alleviate this ?

    Thanks very much

  3. Hi Guys

I am trying to add runways to the start points at NZHA Hawera NZ North Island.

When I add the runway between the start locations all okay and normal in ADE but

when I then open FSX I end up with a runway that is basically an elevated trench.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as I would like to see my AI traffic in action here

    Cheers
