Seriously where can I apply for a refund you have seen the pictures I have supplied and you said that you can see the tinge as well so there’s a fault with the scenery and I want to get a refund point me in the right direction thank you

+1 I have also reported an issue with the textures of you are not using EA there’s a blue tinge on the taxiways and runnways after 13 pm onwards

Initially I had a message that I had run out of dedicated graphics memory, so I went into settings and knocked I think 4 sliders back one notch (like LOD etc) . The scenery was extensively tested across a broad range of tester's machines, any assertion that Orbx products are not tested until found suitable for release is disappointing for the testers who receive no remuneration other than the products, and just plain wrong.
It just means either your testers have really low end computers or you are using the lowest resolution textures that should not be the case otherwise the developer should not build the scenery using them high quality textures and by the way flying an helicopter it won’t use the same resources as fs labs or pmdg

Yes I did and I do it only happens on rwy 15 when taking off towards the city I will try with the file completly deleted to see if it goes away

Unfortunately this as not solved the issue for me it’s fine on the airport but as soon as I take off from rwy 15 or land from rwy 33 I get these freezes every once in a while it’s something to do with the Helsinki town I have over. 150 sceneries and this one it’s the one by far with these stutters freezes and it’s a shame cos it’s a nice scenery just makes not want to fly there

Hi rob I have reported these issues to the developer months ago their answer was the city of Helsinki it’s to blame and that’s it they where aware of the issue before the scenery was released but done nothing to sort out the issue I also noticed that it gets worst when you take off Rwy 15 facing the main city

Don’t waste your money apart from the main building everything is either not complete or doesn’t match real life trust me I am from madeira them trees don’t exist at all
