I noticed today that my ORBS balance is "0"? I have not used them. Is there something technical going on with ORBS account?

there is indeed an error in the system and for that, apologies.
You have not lost your Orbs, it is only that everyone's total in Orbx Direct is showing as 0.
I notified the IT staff yesterday, but it is, of course, the weekend.
