Festijn
Hi, After a fresh install of P3D V2.4, FTX Global 1.2 and Vector 1.2 and latest library files I have strange problems in my scenery. My roads seems to be mixed up, cut through buildings,... And some roads are even brown without texture. Do you guys have a clue what could be wrong? I have installed in this order. FTX Global 1.10 + 1.20 FTX Vector 1.20 Library Files 140927 Thanks for your help
Festijn
For some reason it seems to be that I have missed the FTX Global update 1.30. So currently I have installed FTX Global 1.20 combined with the latest version of FTX vector 1.20. Could that be the reason of my problems? Can I install FTX Global 1.30 over my current installation? Do I have to reinstall FTX Vector after this? Thx Festijn
Festijn
Installed Global 1.30 and Vector again with those results. No other add-ons. Can please somebody help me on this?
Wolter van der Spoel
Did you also run the latest library files after the update ?

Festijn
Hi, Today I have uninstalled everything including P3D. Defragmented the HD and I did a clean install of P3D + FTX Global 1.3 + FTX vector 1.2. Sadly I have the same strange results. (Like black parts of water) I have to say though that I received an error message at the end of the installation of FTX vector. (it could not find a backup.dat file) But it was not blocking. After this I opened FTX vector configurator and applied the settings. When I launched P3D it crashed. After re-aplying in FTX central FTX global as default, the crash of P3D was gone (I remember to have the same problem two days ago). Could this be the cause of my problem? Festijn
Apparently the message error can't be the cause of the problems I have. Festijn
I've once again done a complete clean install. After the installation of vector 1.2 P3D keeps crashing when it loads my flight. (a fatal error occured) What can I do? I'm getting desperate.
Richard Lincoln
Hello Festjin, Without coordinates finding these areas is somewhat difficult, I will however contact Stefan about this. Thanks Richard
Festijn
Hello, After a couple of months I have restarted from fresh. I have formatted all my HD and installed windows again on the SSD. I have downloaded all the latest insallers from FSS. I installed P3D v2.5 and installed my ORBX stuff. Sadly the result is exatly the same. I've included a screenshot with coordinates. (It's around EBAW) Could someone look if you got the same result at this place? Thanks in advance Festijn coordinates are N51°14.19' and E4°27.66'
Pegaso
Festijn, same result for me. I had also reinstalled because of ugly road and vegetation lapses; they remain, and there are places where this is much more prominent, especially at a realistic aspect ratio (0.8 to 1.0). I even tried UTX2 instead: roads look better and well defined indeed (but everything else doesn't!). Probably this is only avoidable with photo scenery, but.... Kind regards Fritz
