NOTED Bridges in Vector are incorrect

After the first day's post about the bridges in the San Francisco area I decided to check other major bridges and so far everyone I have looked at is incorrect.  There is a second bridge deck near the water that is either a roadway or a railroad bridge.  New York City bridges all exhibit this 'feature' so it appears to be an error in the Vector software.

 

GCS_015 is the Varazano Narrows Bridge with railroad bridge at the water level.  GCS_16 is the George Washington bridge with a roadway below the bridge span.

 

I'm sure the anomaly will be addressed rather quickly with a patch/service pak as it appears to be a global problem with Vector.
