lc_carmona
Dear ORBX creators, First of all i would like to congratulate you because you have really made exceptional sceneries ! BRAVO for that , however now I have the issue with PAJN , the fuzzy textures and the weird looking triangle. This issue has not been addressed , could you be so kind to assist me on this as it drives me nuts to see my amazing looking SCENERY (PAJN) with that fuzzy issue on the tarmac (black spots on the taxiway) and that issue on RWY 8. Russ White
Hi Luis, i have no idea what these issues are that you are seeing, could you add a screenshot to this thread please so i can better address your problem.

Russ White
Our airports are designed to work with the corresponding FTX region, can you tell me if you have also purchased the FTX SAK (Southern Alaska) region? not having this will cause issues such as the one you see here. lc_carmona
I´ve had it since I got PAJN as on the flightsimstore it says it is required to have this.
Russ White
Ok, the black areas on the apron in your second shot are intentional, as at the real airport these areas are made from darker surface materials, however there is an issue visible in your first shot so we will look to find the source of that. Can you confirm you have your terrain mesh resolution slider set to 5 meters? if not set it to 5 and see if the problem persists.
The Audman
Hi, I am having the same buried runway problem at PAJN. I was going to purchase SAK, but then I wondered if I should just invest in FTX Global. If I did that, would it also solve this problem. Please advise. lc_carmona
Sliders are set to 5m. Best Luis
Russ White
FTX regions are always advised for the FTX airports you wish to purchase. Luis, could you run a search of your FSX install directory for any file containing PAJN and then rename to ".OFF" any file that is found OUTSIDE of the ORBX folder. The Audman
So my question was, should I just invest in FTX Global, which I do not have to fix the problem? Or do I still have to purchase the SAK region, no matter what?
Russ White
FTX GLOBAL will not fix blending issues around FTX airports, to have a seamless airport-to-surrounding-scenery experience you need the FTX region for the airport. So yes, you will need FTX SAK (Southern Alaska).
soundrats
Hello if you use UTX Alaska the file scenery / world / scenery / UTX_PAJN_AP.BGL will cause bad elevation issues. Cheers Tom
cwam
Hello if you use UTX Alaska the file scenery / world / scenery / UTX_PAJN_AP.BGL will cause bad elevation issues. Cheers Tom I was getting all kinds of weird things going on at PAJN, but disabling that BGL did the trick for me - many thanks.
