Stillwater Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 OK, Brisvegas in the Kingair brought my system to the knees, but with reduced traffic & LOD settings and the Ultralight it worked acceptable. Taking off towards the sea... Tried to land on the tanker, but the glider sank under the visible deck level. So I changed "on the fly" to the R22, and it worked - on the pad only: Back towards the town, passing the port... and BP refinery: Ah, a nearly empty ferry... ... show your tickets, please. Checking the traffic at gateway bridge... ... before going downtown: Story bridge. What is the main purpose of a bridge in a flight simulator? Is there any suitable helipad? I will try later, but I would fear there is no solid one. Suncorp Stadium... ... the racecourses ... ... and the freight terminal: YBBN may be a framerate eater, but the level of detail is amazing: I am sure, Brisvegas is worth an evening tour as well.... Yes,the detail is amazing..take it from me,i worked 14 years at both international and domestic airports and its spot on. Few changes now..lot more buildings between both terminals and qantas catering(where my wife works)is no longer just past domestic terminal. but a new building between dom and intl airport now.A new paralell runway will be built in the mangrove area in the next 5 or so years so will be some big changes.
