Stillwater Posted November 9, 2013 Share Posted November 9, 2013 Following a suggestion by Jarrad, I just took an immediate turn from Cairns on the way to Leila´s... ... and followed the (Barron?) river up into the mountains. By comparison with the surrounding, this might be the Barron Falls. But no fall to be seen... is it just the wrong season, missing detail in the scenery or did I go wrong? Is there anyone who knows? I visited the Barron Falls IRL on the train ride back from Kuranda when I was in Cairns - and it wasn't too spectacular then either.
