Looks like a tranquil pleasant setting in the English country side... or is it? 2. Romford, Hornchurch and Upminster are in the background. 3. Passing over the A13 with the Thames and London in the distance. The towns of Rainham and Dagenham are above the Beaver. 4. Turning east with the towns of Erith and Belvedere both in Kent. 5. The Queen Elizabeth 2 Bridge carries the M25 over the Thames. Dartford is on the right and Purfleet on the left 6. Turning north with the Littlebrook Oil Fired Power Station at Dartford. 7. Tilbury Docks with Gravesend on the right. 8. Going away from the Thames over Thurrock. 9. The junction of the A13 and M25 at Aveley 10. Damyns Hall can be seen behind the port wing. 11. The junction of the A127 and M25 at Cranham. Now heading towards Damyns Hall. 12. The grass runway is dead ahead. 13. 14. 15. Touchdown. All straight vees with minimal cropping. Beautiful shots!Sorry Frank, that is how this part of the world is. I did not know where Damyns Hall was and on the ground looked quite a tranquil area. When I took off for the first time I was very surprised with all the industry and development around. I find areas like this just as exciting as the mountains in SAK albeit for a different reason.
