VH-KDK Posted October 16, 2013 Share Posted October 16, 2013 Departing 3M5 Moontown today and following Route 72 to Scottsboro and Lake Guntersville. 1. Climbing away from Moontown Airport. 2. Back over Moontown and picking up Route 72. 3. Mount Pleasant is straight ahead. 4. Route 72 sweeps around Keel Mountain. 5. First view of Lake Guntersville in the Goose Pond area. 6. Scottsboro and Scottsboro Municipal Airport. 7. Bellefonte Nuclear Plant. 8. Flying around Bellefonte Nuclear Plant and heading back along Lake Guntersville towards 8A1 although we won't get there today. 9. Comer bridge carries Veterans Drive over Lake Guntersville. 10. Over Goose Pond Island with the inlet we saw in shot 5. Next it is on to Guntersville Airport. All shots straight vees with minimal cropping. Hope you enjoy.
