It was 1503ft long and a with a draft of 81 ft was incapable of navigating the Suez and Panama Canals as well as the English Channel. Sank during the Iran-Iraq War and later salvaged. Brad According the the sales brochure, top speed in calm weather is 16.5kts, braking distance at top speed 5.5 miles! and turning circle in good weather a mere 2 miles.
