Russ White
The standard carenado textures are showing exactly how they should, on your ATI control panel expand the "3D" tab and see if there is a "mipmap detail" (or similar) option and take a screen of that also. I am sure it's the graphics card clamping the texture size, look through all your graphics settings for options similar to "allow texture clamp" or "allow negative LOD" and uncheck them. Cheers, Russ.
neckbone
I now must apologize. It was my fault from the begining. Mipmap detail from performance to quality and all is right in the world. Sorry to have wasted your time Russ. Thankyou ever so much for your help. This airplane is just incredible to say the least!

Butch
I actually didn't know what those settings meant... particularly the 'allow negative LOD' now I do and I won't use them!
Penzoil3
D'oh! Performance versus Quality. Uh, me too... Reset to "quality". The Cessna, and the Mooney both look better. Now they match the screenies! Hooda thunk it? LOL Sue
