Not sure if this is normal, need to check other bridges. A299 passing through Herne Bay, located about 10miles west of EGMH Manston, the road is cut off for about a mile by the town, looks like misplaced landclass. Sorry for the late reply. A screenshot would help greatly here as I can't see the problem at all. On my system all traffic is driving on the bridge, not beneath it.
