Dr_Watson
Searched the forum but could not find any info.... Can someone tell me what the locations are of the screenshots of mountains in the NA Northen Rockies (looks like a table top mountain) and the mountain in the CRM thumbnails on the main product page. If you click on the CRM, where are those 2 craters located that are on the 10th row on the left. Thanks for any info. Iain
jaydor
Iain, The CRM mountain is Big Southern Butte in Butte County Idaho. Nearest Airport looks like Arco Butte County Airport. Fly SE from Arco and you will come across the 3 Buttes, Big, Middle and Small. I am not sure if the 2 craters are in Crater National Park? James PS. The nearest airport is Big Southern Butte Airport itself. U46 PSS. You will find the twin crater's about 3 miles north of Mountain Home Air Force Base Idaho James Gee Iain I am not reading your question right. The Flat top is in the Grand Coulee Dam called Steamboat Rock
Holger Sandmann
Hi Iain, the panoramic screenshot on the NRM product page is of Steamboat Rock, which is surrounded by the Banks Lake Reservoir a few miles southwest of the Grand Coulee dam of the Columbia River. There's a small airstrip just north of Steamboat Rock named Grand Coulee Dam (3W7). The twin small volcanic craters in CRM are about 10 miles due north of Mountain Home AFB (KMUO), at N43°12' W115°52' Cheers, Holger
