VivJan
Having just purchased Pacific fjords + 2 other downloads on the same order - totalling 90AUS Dollars. I clicked the download button & went straight to a website which informed me that the site I wanted to download the file from was "low on resources", but I could download it from them if I logged in as a memeber or registered. I have never had to do that before so I immediately left & went back to the order page, I now see that I am down to 99 downloads instead of 100. I am not happy that I have had to lose a download, nor that I may have been sent to a genuine (probably not) site without any explanation. What do I do now. Thanks Janet Band
Adrian Lehmann (FSS)
Simple, go back to your download page in your account at the FSS website and hit the download button again. It's likely you will be directed to another mirror. As for the download counter... Forget about it. If you ever bring it down to zero we'll gladly reset it. Jay Kae
Apart from this thread I also answered a ticket about this.
Rob Abernathy
Just to confirm, I also had this happen as I couldn't resist buying two more titles from AUS collection, YBUD and YPEC. I just put it down to busy servers (yea for ORBX) and hit the download button a little later. It's coming in now! I can't imagine downloading them 99 more times, but it's nice to know you'd reset the counter.
