rockliffe
I got my grubby little hands on the Carenado C208B Grand Caravan today. I have not yet flown with real time weather in REX, so I booted up my new bird and continued my trip out of PAKT in PFJ and began a 75m flight south east down to CBR8. The weather was a shock when I climbed into the cockpit... 8.30 in the morning on a cold and miserable day in January the attention to deatil on this bird is extraordinary. Second only to Orbx's Lancair The trip started with a cloudbase of only 800' It wasn't long before I hit a window of finer weather I was looking forward to landing and having my usual eggs and bacon The view from the cockpit is completely unhindered Halfway into the flight and there was a slight improvement in the weather Things still remained a little misty though Land in sight On my downwind leg Where's my breakfast!
