Heiko Glatthorn
Hmmm... i heard about that problem a long time ago - but can't remember what was causing it. AFAIK it's linked to the aircraft strobes but i might be wrong. Does it happen with all aircraft or just with one ?

I hardly fly at night in PNW but I noticed this phenomenon last night. At first I thought it was based on distance to the light but then I was flying parallel to a set of lights and if I looked away and looked back they would change intensity. I happened to be flying the Lancair, if that has any bearing on the situation...
