petergloor
After having purchased the Orbx Global Trees and launched it in MSFS, I got this effect: When I delete the mod, everything is fine. The grass thing works, I get the improved grass the mod lets me select. I have tried this twice in different locations, with the same results. I have not found any contact for Orbx to ask them to refund my money. Peter
wain71
there are lots of discussions on here about the trees, seems to be worse with PG on, a search should bring you up lots... with regards to refunds just go to the Orbx.com page, down the bottom right next to the Forum button you will find the Refund button... maybe try going the route of submitting a ticket first and getting official support...
adambar
Peter, you must have another vendor's trees like Rex installed. Remove it and the blocks will go away and work just fine. Adam
petergloor
thanks, Adam. I will try to find it - not that I were aware of any. But I have found the Orbx Link for Help now, and I will see if they give me the same advice.
petergloor
Oh, I just remembered - I have REX AccuSeasonAdvanced which is also sold by Orbx. There is no warning that the two products might have a conflict.

Orbx does have a warning about Global Trees HD and other similar products conflicting and to remove them. I always do a quick search on my computer for Rex programs or any other program for that matter to see if there is anything remaining, but that's just me. 🙂
Rodger Pettichord
Hi Peter. There is an installation note to remove other tree features. I had a freeware enhancement that conflicted like yours. As soon as I removed it, Orbx worked great! Hope the same is true for you.

Ok, then I was at fault not having seen the warning. Luckily the bucks I spent were not much. Thank all for your help
