Volanta not showing all traffic on vatsim

Morning,

As a premium subscriber, I'm having issues not seeing all traffic from vatsim.  I have the vatsim traffic selected under network.  I see some traffic but not all.  I can conferm this by using another app to see vat traffic.  What else can i do?  Or what am i doing wrong?
