Psionmark
Hi folks, I've got a weird issue. I have two items stuck in my shopping basket that I can't delete! I've already purchased them (and it says so in the cart), but I can't get rid of them. If I click the X to remove it, the site says it's been removed and it's still sitting there. If I update quantity to zero, still there. I did email someone at Orbx and they said someone is working on it, but it's been a week now. Can't believe it'd take a week to sort out a web site issue? Anyone else getting this? I'd love to send Orbx some more of my money, but at the moment I can't because these 2 rogue items won't go away 😄
Nick Cooper
Hello , the support ticket that was sent in was immediately forwarded to the Orbx IT team, as stated in the reply. They are the only ones who can resolve this. Apologies for the delay.

John Dow
Sometimes IT issues don't respond to normal fixes. There was a rural property for sale in my region that I jumped on a couple of years ago excitedly, it was about a third of the price I'd expect to pay, rang the agent all excited but he sighed and said that they had been trying to get it deleted from the database for four years since it had sold but nothing worked, the IT people had tried everything. So don't be too hard on the Orbx guys if they're having trouble, it might be something similar! (not for 4 years of course).
