Not a DJ Wayne, I just love music so I sit around and think to much and stuff pops into my head of something comes up on YT that I forgot about. I built my own HiFi speaker cabinet in the mid 50 before stereo then build a second one for stereo. Plus I built my own Heathkit amp and preamp and bought a Electrovoice 12in woofer, mid-range and high frequency hornes. Then I went big time and bought a pair of Altec Lansing cabinets weighing 250lbs each with 15in woofers, mid and high frequency drivers and a McIntosh Receiver to go with them. 2 1
Rodger Pettichord Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Nice tunes and nice system, Adam. Got good headphones? 3
adambar Posted May 10 Author Posted May 10 I have Sennheiser over the ear noise - canceling wireless HQ headphones Rodger, nice well balanced sound with deep bass you can feel in your toes without being to overly done. 2 1
wain71 Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Nice one Adam, looks good... music is such an important part of life, for me it will bring back memories... for example, early 80s there was a song 99 Red Balloons, after 2 weeks final exercise in my army training we got on a coach to come home, that was on the radio, reminds me of that point, Dire Straits takes me back to when me and the wife met, one song reminds me of when I was based in Gibraltar... my mum and dad played Elvis a lot, his songs remind me of Sunday morning at home as a kid... now though I listen to anything that makes my foot tap, though I do like the latest dance and a bit of drum and bass....also you posted a Teddy Swims video, never heard of him, I have now, what a voice.... Sorry I'm rambling now but you get the point, life is better with music.. 2

When I had the Altec Lansing speakers they were down in the family room. With the M&K satellite speakers they are on a stand on either side of my flat screen tv in the living room. The sub woofer is wireless so I can put it anywhere out of the way. 2
