I have Vector P3Dv5 installed but unchecked in my scenery library, there is no mention of FTX_VECTOR_FixedAPT.

I do have Orbx Vector installed and active in P3Dv4 where that file is shown.

I do not know if it is part of Orbx Global OpenLC North America, maybe @Nick Cooper could answer that.

I don't see it doing any harm in my Sim.....just wondering about the "VECTOR" aspect since I'm using UTX USAv2

if you follow your folder directory in your library for Global OpenLC North America you will find there is a text folder called 'dummy file for v5' seems like it does no harm, maybe makes the system work properly...

perhaps because you are using Vector for P3D v4 in P3D v5?
