Burning Blue Design's latest releases are now available - 1B2 Katama Airpark and the free MA44Trade Wind Airfield.

Katama Airpark is a laidback airfield and a wonderful snapshot from a time past when aviation was all about barnstorming and pleasure flights in bi-planes. Katama sprawls along the Southern coast of the island of Martha’s Vineyard and has a steeped history, boasting both being the largest grass airfield in the United States and one of the oldest, having been established in 1924.

Trade Wind has been built as a collaboration between Burning Blue Design and local Martha’s Vineyard legend Jack Mayhew, pilot, fish spotter and guitar tuner extrodinaire. This version of Trade Wind Airfield has been constructed as an attempt to portray it as it was in the 1980s as an active, yet low key, private grass airfield.
