Adam Banks
Another amazing Cold War aircraft. Nothing like as elegant as the Hunter, but the Gloster Meteor has plenty of character! Back to RAF Kemble!!
Jack Sawyer
Nice shots Adam. I’ve always been amazed how they built the wings around the engines, it looks so cool.

Thanks for the nice comments, folks! I know the glider place, I have passed it many times, I was born in a part of Bristol that was in Gloucestershire, then joined the Army and enlisted into the 1st Glosters, I had an Uncle in Korea, one of biggest battles in more recent times.....so I spend a lot of time in the county and whenever I go to Gloucester, even though I have never lived there I feel like I am coming home, bit weird I suppose.....lovely part of the country though all around the Cotswolds and into Wales...
