Stillwater
When exploring the world low & slow we clearly see the progress with MSFS - or the non-progress without. At least I could choose a helicopter for this tour out of Cape Town. The harbour of Mother City, with the correct layout (and the iconic mountains) but with so much missing. Touring down the exclusive suburbs appears okay. To Hout Bay... ... and along the famous Chapman´s Peak Drive... ... brings us towards the Cape of Good Hope. Then back north again along Simon´s Town with the penguin colony at Boulder´s Beach. Could you imagine how cool it would be to have some NatureFlow down there? I have not found out what this signature on Steenberg mountain might be. Any ideas? However, we pass Kirstenbosch Gardens... ... and get back to FACT airport. Here we were.
paulb
A great set Gerold and very informative. Might the signature on Steenberg mountain be an old quarry or mine? 1
BradB
Grand set of shots Gerold . FYI - MSFS 2020 have helicopters now ….. https://flightsim.to/file/8970/airbus-h135-helicopter-project 2
VH-KDK
Excellent set Gerold and it is a huge improvement over the Global Base Pack which in itself was a huge leap forward. Some wonderful topography adds to the exciting chopper flight, I haven't flown one for ages. Steenberg Mountain. Have a look on Google Earth 34 05 55 S, 18 26 59 E. It looks like some special feature for the walking track but it now looks to be overgrown. 2

Dunno... 21 hours ago, BradB said: Grand set of shots Gerold . FYI - MSFS 2020 have helicopters now ….. https://flightsim.to/file/8970/airbus-h135-helicopter-project Thanks a lot John! Obviously MSFS needs some time to get to the full range of its possibilities. Surprising still that most stuff is freeware, whilst my experience is that the detail level of flying tools is much higher with payed developments (for scenery all can be fine). 20 hours ago, VH-KDK said: Excellent set Gerold and it is a huge improvement over the Global Base Pack which in itself was a huge leap forward. Regarding choppers I can only recommend to avoid the default ones, too tricky to fly. For FSX/p3d just the paid stuff rules. XP should be better with helicopters? 19 hours ago, adambar said: Outstanding captures once again Gerold! And these NatureFlows are just so cool, I remember some of the Orbx airports with sudden butterflys appearing next to the parked planes. Now thinking of penguins - or just some walking golf players! 3

I would enjoy the GolfFlow everywhere, be it Garys home or somewhere else. Just not if you set the time to 07.01.2021. PS I did not even recognize he was from Joburg, always good to learn here!
