Discounts Not Being applied at checkout

I've made a few purchases recently, and today I noticed that the sub-total was for full price of all the products I placed in the basket.

Looking back over my last purchases, I think that I may have been paying full price with none of the discounts applied.

 

Can someone please look into that (and maybe refund me please)?
