ikbenik
From Orbx-partner Aerosoft is this remote station on Antartica an unusual but splendid modelled location to explore. For this adventure I use the ski-equiped PC-6 Turbo-Porter. The station is called Rothera coded as EGAR and some small settlements nearby named Fossil Bluff and Sky Blu. Enjoy my unusual journey at the South Pole: Leaving the hangar despite a dramatic sky but the weather is otherwise calm and practically windfree Some locals are coming closer to inspect the rare bird Up for a small roundtour A short hop to the nearby station Sky Blu for a social visit waiting into the heated interiour till my colleague is back from the shelter-tent returnflight to Rothera station Observe and guide a fine landing a small tour of the station Killing some boring time throwing snowballs till new supplies arrive by an icebreaker-ship Edited November 19, 2021 by ikbenik

Sniper31
A very interesting set from way off the normal range. And, I always love seeing penguins! Landon
flyingleaf
Wow great shots indeed. But I'd rather have a beer cooler than in need of beer "warmer" to keep it from freezing. Plus I don't see any Palm trees neither. But the rendering is incredible. Well done.

Stillwater
Fantastic shots, tour & scenery. It seems to be a rather hot summer day for the region, as the humans wear only very light clothing. (The locals are better prepared...) On 11/19/2021 at 10:03 PM, BradB said: way down under That is really down under, you say it. Now we are on the same wavelength with the Aussies. Well, even on skiing vacations we tend to keep the beers warm in the fridge (never outside).
Orbxtreme
By all means an excellent idea and set. I did a flight there years ago on the sim, but nothing compared with the quality of your shots!
