Griphos
You just need to update. There's a new update out, and you can't connect until you update your client. It should ask you if you want to automatically when you start the client.
Spirit Flyer_old
Unable to update. When I tried to update as per the pop-up prompt, the downloader stopped and timed out. Since then when I restart Teamspeak 3 the prompt does not pop-up, nor can I find or download the update. So I am locked out too.

Griphos
Start up TS and click on Help, Check for Update, and that should try to load it again for you.
